Step 1
Submit all REQUIREMENTS to the Administration Office.
1. Accomplished Application Form
2. Copy of Birth Certificate (PSA certified - for locals)
3. Copy of Passport and Visa of Child and Parents (for Foreign Pupils)
4. 2x2 Photo (coloured, 3 pcs.)
5. Copy of Latest Report Card (in English)
6. Accomplished Recommendation Form by Previous School (with Dry Seal and in an enclosed envelope)
7. Non-refundable Processing Fee of PhP 6,000.00 per child for PreSchool, PhP 8,000.00 per child for Primary School and PhP 10,000.00 for Secondary School and Pre-University
Step 2
Upon submission of ALL requirements, the child will be given a schedule for an ADMISSION TEST. For Secondary and Pre-University applicants, based on the results of the Admission Test, an interview with the child is scheduled for another day with the Department Coordinator or Head of School. Results are to be expected no more than 7 working days. For non-passers, they will be sent an email regarding results.
Step 3
The Parents will be given a schedule for an INTERVIEW with the Head of School or School President or will be relayed the results through email or call.
Step 4
A letter will be emailed to the Parents to indicate formal acceptance of the applicant by the school and for what level.
Step 5
Upon formal acceptance, Parents must settle the SDF and Reservation Fee to confirm a slot.
1. School Developmental Fee
= PhP 67,500.00/ child’s entry into PreSchool
= PhP 135,000.00/ child’s entry into Primary, Secondary and Pre-University
2. Reservation Fee
= PhP 50,000.00 (will be deducted from Materials)
* Parents of applicants who proceed to take the Admission Test and settle the non-refundable Admission Processing Fee must be fully aware of the possibility of a non-acceptance and shall continue on their own volition. Admission Officers do not provide advice as to an applicant’s chance of acceptance.
* Parents of applicants are expected to respect the decision of SSC’s Admission Team after a full review of their Application that include results of their Admission Test, past school records and the Letter of Recommendation from the previous school.
