SSC is now accepting PUPIL APPLICATIONS for ADMISSION to School Year 2026-2027.
Leading International School in Cebu
Teacher to Pupil Ratio at 1:5
Nurturing Environment, Conducive for Learning
Trilingual: English (British), Mandarin and Filipino
World’s Most Recognised University Qualifications
Singapore School Cebu is the first and only campus in Cebu that is both an IB World School and Cambridge International School. It currently joins only 500+ campuses in the world that offer both the Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma, which are the world’s most recognised University qualifications.
Alongside our strong academic programmes and character-building initiatives, we introduce SHOUTOUTs that shape the essential mindset for our learners and community. Our current call to be THINKERS IN ACTION (inspired by Ron Ritchhart’s “Cultures of Thinking in Action”) is especially timely as we face a world of growing disruptions and distractions, with AI poised to take on much of human thinking. Together, we journey through self-examination and collective reflection to cultivate the mindset, skills, and practices needed to meaningfully enhance education and life itself.
My Team and I look forward to assisting children and their families who wish to join our school community here at SSC.
Ms Myrra Enriquez, Head of Admissions
Our Primary 1 SSCians had an exciting and tummy-filling Beyond Classroom Learning (BCL) experience at King’s Quality Foods Cebu Inc. on 21 May, where they explored Heat, Electricity, Community Jobs, and Places in the Neighbourhood in the most meaningful way.
The pupils discovered how their favourite bacon is made and met hardworking people whose jobs help the community every day. They also enjoyed the sweetest highlight of the trip — making and eating their very own pancakes!
A heartfelt thank you to Mr John and Mrs Karen King for warmly welcoming us and for being part of SSC's List of Experts and Resource Network (L.E.A.R.N.) Programme. Your insights and expertise as Co-Teachers for the Day gave our SSCians hands-on encounters they couldn't stop talking about!
Thank you for inspiring our young Thinkers in Action! 💙 ... See MoreSee Less
That wraps up another school year of Clubs and After-School Programmes at SSC!
Thank you to all our Club Moderators, Coaches, Parents, and Pupils for being part of this year’s journey. We are proud to see our SSCians not only develop new skills through Jiu-Jitsu, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Badminton, and the Arts, but also grow in confidence, teamwork, and character along the way.
While SSC is a non-sectarian school, we also continue to offer optional after-school religion classes and are equally proud to see many of our SSCians deepen and grow in their faith.
We look forward to welcoming you back next school year, where your Activities Team will continue to offer programmes designed for every SSCian to learn, grow, and thrive.

10 to 15 Years of Service… and still not out of breath to continue the journey at SSC!
During last April's MERLIE MILES FAMILY FUN RUN, we also celebrated seven SSC Leaders, Teachers and Staff for their years of dedicated service to the school community.
What made this recognition extra meaningful was seeing them celebrate alongside their loved ones, the very people who inspire them to keep showing up, giving their best, and choosing a life of health, purpose, and service each day. From early mornings to years of COMMITMENT, their journey reminds us that SERVICE is not only about the work we do, but also about the lives we touch along the way.
Congratulations to our Service Awardees! Thank you for growing with SSC!

CHECK it out, MATE! Last 16 May, our young SSCians once again showcased strategy, focus and sportsmanship at Checkmate Cebu 2026!
This year, the tournament gathered 143 participants from Cebu, Ozamis, Iloilo and beyond, bringing together a growing community of school-aged chess enthusiasts.
Congratulations to our 23 SSCians for bringing home the TOP SCHOOL trophy after it eluded us in last year’s Interschool Division. This year, the kids were quite determined to bring it home — and they did.
On top of the team trophy, we also celebrate the following outstanding individual performances:
🥇 Anton Yap, S1 – Champion, 16 & Under Unrated
♟️ Aarav Kale, S2 – Top U14, 20 & Under Rated
♟️ Dingyu Wang, S1 – 7th Place, 16 & Under Unrated
♟️ Han Gyeol, S1 – Top SSC Player, 16 & Under Unrated
Shoutout to our partner, Cebu School of Chess, for making this event possible and for supporting the growth of the local chess community. See you next year for CHECKMATE 2027!

From SSC's Pupil Council: This is a belated post, but we surely won't miss the chance to share how we pulled off a surprise for the people who make sure our school runs smoothly every single day! They work behind the scenes, often the first to arrive and last to leave SSC, to ensure we are all in a safe environment. So to the ates, kuyas, guards, nurses, and the team from admin led by Ms Myrra (SSC's School Administrator and Head of Admissions), THANK YOU / DAGHANG SALAMAT for all that you do.
And to our fellow SSCians, let's not limit our gratitude for our non-teaching staff during ANTs Day only, but show our appreciation to them every day through simple actions. Like if Lobby Reception is paging you already because your fetcher is there - let's heed that call! For the Kuyas - let's tidy up our classrooms!

"Can a house tell a story?” Well, our Primary 3 pupils discovered that it can! This was during their Beyond Classroom Learning experience at Casa Gorordo Museum last 16 April 2026! As they moved through its halls, SSCians uncovered fascinating glimpses of Filipino heritage, sparking curiosity, excitement, and “wow” moments.
Anchored in their Social Studies and Global Perspectives learning, the visit transformed history into an engaging, hands-on adventure. A truly enriching day that brought out our young learners as Thinkers in Action! ... See MoreSee Less
